Multiple Driver Categories
Submit drivers across goods and passenger categories, including articulated, rigid, coach, van, delivery, taxi and chauffeur work.
Driver Recruiter Partners in Armenia
Licensed recruiters and driver sourcing businesses can apply to work through FastDriver.eu, manage candidate information in one place and reach employers recruiting drivers in Armenia.
Recruiter verification • Multiple driver categories • Employer connections
Armenian transport is shaped by landlocked geography, closed borders with two neighbours and dependence on routes through Georgia and Iran, with mining, agricultural and mixed cargo haulage forming the bulk of professional driving work.
FastDriver.eu provides a portal where approved recruiters can manage candidate information, follow available opportunities and connect suitable driver profiles with participating employers.
Recruiters may apply from Armenia, another European country or another international region. Approval depends on company verification, lawful business activity, candidate quality, data protection compliance and acceptance of the applicable platform terms.
FastDriver.eu is not a recruitment agency and does not employ, lease or post workers. The recruiter remains responsible for its own legal status, activities, candidate relationships and regulatory compliance. You can review the Armenia driver requirements and the Armenia employer page to understand both sides of the process.
Approved partners work through the recruiter portal. What is available depends on the verification outcome and the selected package.
Submit drivers across goods and passenger categories, including articulated, rigid, coach, van, delivery, taxi and chauffeur work.
Once verification is complete, approved partners may be offered recruiter or vendor portal access matching the package they take.
Maintain structured driver records so that licence, qualification, experience, language and availability details stay accurate.
Work from the requirements employers have genuinely stated rather than assumptions, and match candidates against them.
Support candidate and employer contact using the permitted platform channels rather than working around them.
Follow the status of submitted candidates through the portal functions included in your access level.
Upload legible documentation and deal promptly with requests for anything missing, expired or unclear.
Contact platform support about recruiter access, candidate records or published employer requirements.
Not every driver category has an active Armenian vacancy at a given time. Review the current employer requirements before presenting a candidate.
The partner types reviewed most often are registered recruitment firms, licensed placement businesses, specialist driver sourcing companies and authorised consultants.
You do not have to be established in Armenia to apply. International recruiters may also apply where they can lawfully represent candidates and provide verifiable company information.
Verification covers company identity and registration, the country of incorporation, a verifiable address, an official business email, the website, a named responsible person and demonstrable recruitment experience.
Recruitment licensing rules differ between countries. Where the recruiter’s own jurisdiction requires a licence, permit or registration for employment placement or worker supply, that document forms part of the review.
The review also covers the driver categories represented, the countries where candidates are sourced, the candidate consent procedure, the data protection process and the ability to supply accurate candidate documents. Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee approval, and approval as a FastDriver.eu recruiter partner does not create a government licence or legal authorisation to carry out regulated recruitment activities in Armenia or anywhere else.
Armenia has 10 Provinces plus the city of Yerevan, which has special status. Each province has its own employer base, route patterns and candidate demand. Open the area where your candidates would work to see the recruiter information that applies there.
Recruiters must have a lawful basis for collecting, storing and sharing candidate information.
The GDPR does not apply in Armenia in the same way it applies inside the EU. It can still reach a recruiter based there when candidate data is processed in connection with employers or candidates in the EU or EEA, and national armenian data protection law applies in its own right.
Profiles must never be created behind a candidate's back. Pulling a driver from an old spreadsheet and uploading them is not consent.
Candidates should understand which company collected their information, why it is being processed, which platform receives it and that suitable employers may review their profile.
They should also understand how long the information may be retained, how to request a correction, how to withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis and how to request deletion where applicable.
Use secure methods when processing passports, licences, driver cards, residence documents, medical information or other sensitive records. Where a candidate is being presented to an employer inside the EU or EEA, the European Data Protection Board guidance is a useful reference alongside the national rules that apply to you. Platform access does not remove or reduce the recruiter's own data protection responsibilities.
Armenia is not an EU, EEA or Schengen member. Armenian nationals require visas for the Schengen area, although a visa facilitation agreement with the EU applies. There is no right of free movement for work.
Working in the EU requires the destination country's visa and work authorisation. Armenia is a member of the Eurasian Economic Union, which provides certain labour mobility rights within that bloc but has no bearing on EU employment.
Armenia issues licences under the international conventions. Exchange in EU states depends on bilateral arrangements and is often unavailable for heavy categories, so testing in the destination country is common.
Armenia is outside the EU Code 95 system. Drivers targeting EU employment generally have to obtain the EU professional qualification in the destination state.
Presenting a candidate does not create permission to work or live in Armenia. A suitable candidate may still require an appropriate employment offer, work authorisation, a residence title, a visa where applicable, recognition or conversion of the driving licence, a professional qualification and further employer or authority documents. Candidates can review our driving licence eligibility guidance.
Regional transport routes have been affected by closed borders and periodic disruption. Verify current route and border conditions rather than relying on older information. Never advertise guaranteed visa sponsorship, guaranteed permits or guaranteed employment.
FastDriver.eu provides a job and recruiter collaboration portal. It does not automatically authorise a recruiter to post, lease, supply or employ workers in Armenia.
Candidate introduction, employment placement, temporary agency work, worker leasing, cross border posting and subcontracting are treated differently in law, and Armenia applies its own rules to each of them.
Identify the actual cooperation model before you begin. Access to the platform does not replace a recruitment licence, a trade or business authorisation, a temporary work agency permit, a posting notification, an employment permit, an immigration approval, a local business registration or a candidate employment contract.
Candidate profiles should carry the licence categories, Code 95 or equivalent professional qualification status, driver card details, ADR certification and route experience relevant to the role.
Never describe FastDriver.eu as the employer of a submitted candidate.
The hiring employer remains responsible for checking original documents, licence validity, professional qualifications and legal eligibility before employment begins.

Submitting an initial recruiter enquiry is free.
The verification review happens before any commercial discussion. Approved recruiters may then be offered a subscription or access package.
The applicable price, duration, services, limits and conditions are shown before payment. You can review the current driver vacancies to understand the kind of roles employers publish.
What a package includes varies. A subscription may provide access to recruiter tools, candidate profile management, employer requirements or other approved features.
A subscription does not guarantee employer engagement, candidate placement, revenue or commercial success in Armenia or any other market.
Selection rests entirely with the employer. Participating employers may view suitable profiles, and the portal can track the resulting activity.
Commercial terms must be accepted before paid access begins.
Submit verifiable company details, a named contact, your recruitment history and an outline of your driver sourcing.
FastDriver.eu reviews the available registration, business, licence and professional information.
Approved partners are shown the relevant packages, prices and platform conditions before deciding.
Sign the agreement and settle payment, after which paid portal access is activated.
Upload complete driver profiles only after obtaining the appropriate candidate permission.
Check the role, licence, experience, language, work authorisation and document requirements that apply in Armenia before presenting a candidate.
Keep the candidate informed and respond to legitimate employer or platform requests.
Track how your candidates and the available opportunities are progressing in the portal.
Every recruiter is reviewed before paid portal access or candidate submissions are enabled. Candidate profiles must be complete, current and relevant to the driver category.
FastDriver.eu may decline or suspend access when information cannot be verified or when a partner does not follow the platform rules. Never upload unreadable, expired, altered or false documents.
Provide accurate company and candidate information at all times.
Never upload a candidate without lawful permission, create a profile without the candidate knowing, submit false licences or qualifications, or alter official documents.
Do not advertise a vacancy that does not exist, and do not promise employment, a visa or a work permit for Armenia as if the outcome were certain.
Misstating salary or conditions, hidden candidate charges, unlawful fees and unlawful passport retention are all prohibited.
Never discriminate unlawfully, misuse employer or candidate information, share portal access with unauthorised users or contact employers outside the permitted process.
Never misrepresent FastDriver.eu as a recruitment agency. We may suspend access if a partner violates the platform terms or creates a risk for candidates, employers, or the platform.
Recruitment businesses, employment placement companies, driver sourcing specialists and authorised consultants are the main partner types. Each is reviewed individually.
Yes. Location is not the deciding factor. Verifiable company information and a lawful basis for representing candidates are what matter.
Yes. Submitting an initial enquiry is free. We may offer paid portal access or a subscription after verification.
No. FastDriver.eu is a specialised driver job and professional connection portal. It does not employ submitted candidates and should not be presented as an agency.
The hiring employer does. That employer determines the employment relationship, issues the contract and makes the final selection decision.
No. We review every recruiter enquiry before granting access, and we may decline an enquiry.
No. A subscription does not guarantee employer contact, interviews, placements or revenue.
Recruiters may present suitable candidates for truck, bus, coach, van, delivery, taxi, chauffeur and other professional driving roles. Which categories are actually in demand changes over time.
No. Armenia is outside the EU and EEA, so EU free movement does not apply in either direction. Working there, or placing an Armenian national in an EU state, depends on the relevant country’s work authorisation rules.
Yes, where the candidate has given appropriate permission and the profile is genuinely relevant. Submitting a profile does not create work authorisation. Working in the EU requires a visa and work authorisation from the destination country. Armenia is a member of the Eurasian Economic Union, which provides certain labour mobility rights within that bloc but does not affect EU employment.
The recruiter is responsible for its own processing. The GDPR does not apply in Armenia in the same way it applies inside the EU. It can still reach a recruiter based there when candidate data is processed in connection with employers or candidates in the EU or EEA, and national Armenian data protection law applies in its own right. You must have candidate consent or another lawful basis in place before uploading a profile.
This depends on the role. A complete profile commonly needs the licence categories, licence issue and expiry details, professional qualification status, digital tachograph card details where relevant, ADR or passenger transport documents where relevant, and evidence of work authorisation. Identity documents may be processed only where there is a lawful reason, appropriate candidate permission, and a secure method, and a passport must never be retained unlawfully.
The platform may review documents for completeness or visible issues, but official authenticity and recognition remain matters for the responsible authorities and the hiring employer.
No. Responsible national authorities, not the platform or the recruiter, make work authorisation decisions.
No. Visa decisions rest with the responsible embassy, consulate or immigration authority.
Communication must follow the access and contact process provided by the relevant FastDriver.eu package. Contacting employers outside the permitted process is not allowed.
Only where that function is included in the approved access, and only where the vacancy is genuine, authorised and compliant with the platform rules.
An individual consultant may submit an enquiry where the activity is legally permitted in their jurisdiction and the required business or professional information can be verified.
A training centre may enquire when it has lawful authority and candidate permission. Training activity alone does not authorise recruitment or the supply of workers.
Any charge to a candidate must comply with applicable law, be disclosed clearly in advance and never be connected to a promise or guarantee that cannot be kept.
FastDriver.eu may reject the enquiry, remove profiles, suspend access or terminate cooperation.
Regional transport routes have been affected by border closures and periodic disruptions. Verify current route and border conditions rather than relying on older information.
