FastDriver.eu is a driver recruitment platform and SaaS service that connects independent recruiters, recruitment agencies and sourcing partners with European employers seeking qualified professional drivers.
FastDriver.eu is not your employer, legal representative, immigration authority, or labour-leasing company. We do not employ submitted drivers, issue work permits or visas, or guarantee employment, relocation or immigration approval.
When you purchase a recruiter plan, you pay for access to driver vacancies, candidate-submission tools, CRM tracking, basic screening and recruitment support- not a guaranteed placement.
Recruiters are responsible for submitting accurate candidate information, obtaining the candidate’s permission to share personal data and verifying that uploaded documents are genuine and current.
All employment offers, contracts, salaries and working conditions are agreed directly between the employer and the successfully selected driver. FastDriver.

FastDriver.eu cannot guarantee that a submitted driver will be shortlisted, interviewed, hired or approved for relocation or immigration.

One-time plans allow a fixed number of driver submissions within a specified validity period. Pay-Per-Hire starts with a €199 fee, while the remaining success fee is payable only after one driver is successfully hired.
Plan validity depends on the selected option: Single Submission is valid for 60 days, Essential for 80 days, Basic for 85 days, Advanced for 100 days and Enterprise for 120 days. Pay-Per-Hire remains valid until one driver is successfully hired.
We review the driver’s CV, experience, licence category, submitted documents, language ability and general suitability before presenting the candidate to an employer.
