Step by Step

The standard route starts abroad: you apply for a work visa at a Turkish consulate and receive a reference number; within 10 working days, your employer files the online work permit application with the Ministry, and the two files are processed together, typically over 1 to 3 months. If you already hold a Turkish residence permit with at least six months’ validity, the employer can file directly in-country. After approval, you pay the fees and travel, register your address within about 20 working days, and the employer activates your social security (SGK) registration. The first permit runs up to a year with one employer; extensions run longer with the same employer, and changing employer means a new permit.

SRC Certificates and the Psychotechnical Test

Professional driving in Turkey has its own qualification layer.
