Licences, Professional Certification and Experience

The familiar category structure applies, with C and CE for freight, C1 and C1E for lighter rigid vehicles, D and D1 for passenger transport and B for delivery work.
Because Kosovo is outside the European Union, the EU driver qualification instrument does not apply here of its own force. Confirm with the competent transport authority what professional driver certification your vacancy requires.
For work running towards the Union the position needs checking separately, since the requirements of each transit country apply to the driver and the vehicle alike.
Tachograph and ADR requirements apply to the relevant work, and international operations bring their own permit and documentation requirements for the vehicle.
