Direct employer hiring • European and international reach • Electronic filing and employer notification guidance
FastDriver.eu connects Polish international hauliers, forwarding companies, contract logistics operators, bus companies and courier businesses with drivers looking for work.
Publish a genuine vacancy, state the licence category, describe the routes and the rotation, and receive applications directly. Poland runs the largest road haulage sector in the Union, and candidates for long distance roles compare rotations and pay structures closely. Browse current Polish listings at www.fastdriver.eu/jobs/poland.
FastDriver.eu is a specialised driver job portal. It is not a recruitment agency or an agencja pracy tymczasowej, it does not employ drivers and it does not lease workers.
Your company reviews the applications, interviews the candidates, inspects the original licence and qualification documents, and signs the employment contract under the Labour Code. The hiring decision stays with you.
Polish employers recruit across international haulage, domestic distribution, contract logistics and passenger transport. State the licence category and the rotation, since for long distance roles the rotation is the offer.
Post vacancies for kierowca miedzynarodowy roles running west into Germany, the Benelux countries, France and Scandinavia. State the weeks out and the weeks at home.
Advertise kierowca ciezarowki and kierowca C+E positions in national distribution, port drayage, construction supply and agricultural transport.
Publish roles for kierowca autobusu on city networks, regional lines, works shuttles for manufacturing plants and long distance coach services.
Advertise kurier, dostawca and kierowca dostawczy positions in parcel networks, grocery delivery and the e-commerce operations concentrated around the major cities.
Reach kierowca ADR, tanker and silo drivers, container and heavy transport drivers for chemical, fuel and oversized cargo work.
Use a job title only where it genuinely matches the role. Unrelated titles added for traffic produce applications you will only reject.
Poland is divided into sixteen voivodeships. It sits on the main east to west freight corridor of the continent, and its haulage sector is built around that position.
The routes linking Germany with the Baltic states and Ukraine cross the country, supporting a very large base of international operators.
Gdansk, Gdynia, Szczecin and Swinoujscie handle container, bulk and ferry traffic, feeding drayage and long distance hinterland haulage.
Large logistics parks around Strykow, Poznan, Wroclaw and Warsaw serve retail and e-commerce distribution for much of central Europe.
Crossings towards Ukraine and Belarus form part of the external frontier of the Union, which affects customs handling, waiting times and route planning.
Each voivodeship has its own transport profile. Naming it, and the depot town, helps candidates judge both the commute and the route type.
Polish drivers search in Polish, and a substantial part of the existing haulage workforce searches in Ukrainian and Russian as well.
Kierowca is the general term, usually paired with the licence category. Kierowca C+E is one of the highest volume searches in the market, and kierowca ciezarowki is the everyday phrase.
Long distance work is searched as kierowca miedzynarodowy, and candidates use it to filter for roles involving weeks away rather than daily returns.
Passenger roles use kierowca autobusu, while delivery and courier work appears as kurier, dostawca and kierowca dostawczy.
Candidates routinely list swiadectwo kwalifikacji zawodowej, their karta kierowcy and ADR, so those belong in the requirements rather than the title.
Publish in Polish for the domestic market. Ukrainian and Russian versions widen the reach considerably given the composition of the existing workforce, and English helps for candidates further afield.
FastDriver.eu operates as a European driver job portal and allows candidates in other parts of the world to discover and apply for suitable Polish vacancies.
Polish employers may receive applications from drivers based in Poland, other EU and EEA countries, Switzerland, the wider European region, Asia, Africa, Gulf countries, North America, Latin America, the Caribbean and other eligible international markets.
EU and EEA citizens and Swiss nationals may work in Poland without a permit. Licence and professional qualification requirements still apply.
For third country nationals the work permit is applied for by the employer, not the candidate, and is issued by the voivode for the region where your company is based. A separate declaration route covers nationals of a defined group of countries.
A recent reform changed the process in three ways worth planning around. The labour market test was abolished, so the starosta's opinion is no longer needed. Applications are now filed only electronically, and paper submissions are left unprocessed. The employer must also send the authority a copy of the contract concluded with the driver, and notify the start of work, non-commencement or early termination within short deadlines. Drivers can check their own position through our driving licence eligibility guidance.
FastDriver.eu can provide process guidance and document coordination when a candidate needs support. It does not make government decisions and cannot promise an approval.
State the licence category in the advert. In Poland it is effectively the job title.
Freight roles use C and C+E, with C1 and C1E for lighter rigid vehicles. Passenger transport uses D and D1, with DE and D1E where a trailer is drawn. Delivery work sits in category B.
Professional drivers in the C and D categories need the certificate of professional qualification, shown as code 95 on the licence, obtained through initial qualification and maintained by periodic training every five years.
A digital tachograph driver card is required for in scope work and ADR training for dangerous goods. For international haulage, check that the driver's documents cover every country on the route and not only the destination.
Where a third country national drives for a Polish operator on international journeys within the Union, a driver attestation may also be needed. Some nationalities have had specific arrangements applied to road transport work, so check the current position.
Experience requirements are set by operators. Long distance work looks for route and hours management, contract logistics for reliability against fixed windows, while distribution fleets often take newly qualified drivers. FastDriver.eu can present candidate information, but verifying original documents remains the employer's responsibility.
Publish driver vacancies in Polish, Ukrainian or English with the licence category, route type and rotation set out clearly.
Raise the visibility of international and specialist roles in a very competitive hiring market.
Applications reach your team directly, with no agency between you and the driver.
Support in reaching drivers who match your licence and route requirements, without any promise of a specific candidate.
Guidance on the work permit or declaration route and on the employer notifications the process now involves.
Coordination of travel, arrival and residence formalities when an international candidate is hired.
Employer options can be arranged around single vacancies, seasonal peaks or larger recruitment rounds, and are agreed separately with your company.
The Polish driver market is competitive, so vague adverts simply lose out to specific ones.
Give the company name, the voivodeship and the base the driver reports to, and say whether the work is domestic or international.
State the vehicle type and licence category, the professional qualification position, and whether ADR or a tanker endorsement applies.
Say how many drivers you need and what experience you expect, particularly for western European routes.
Describe the rotation honestly. For international roles, state the time away and the time at home, along with the pay structure, allowances and benefits.
Confirm the start date, any language expectation, and whether you would consider candidates who require a work permit.
Your company sets and honours the final employment terms.
Tell us the role, the voivodeship, the licence category and how many drivers you need.
The vacancy goes live in Polish, Ukrainian or English and is promoted to relevant candidates.
Applications arrive directly for your team to assess.
You interview, inspect the original licence and qualification documents, and confirm route experience.
Your company issues the employment contract under the Polish Labour Code.
Where a permit or declaration is required, the electronic application, the contract copy and the start of work notification follow. Support can be agreed separately.
Work through these before publishing. The reporting duties now matter as much as the application itself.
The Polish employer is responsible for the following.
Two duties are new enough to catch employers out. A copy of the contract concluded with the driver must be sent to the authority, which means the terms are checked against what was applied for. A declaration will also not be registered where the company has social security arrears, so keep those current before you plan an intake.
FastDriver.eu does not issue any government approval.
FastDriver.eu cannot guarantee applications, candidate availability, candidate suitability, interview attendance, hiring outcomes, licence recognition, work permits, residence permits, visas, processing times or continued employment.
