For Czech Employers
Publish your driver vacancies on FastDriver.eu, reach candidates across the Czech regions, elsewhere in Europe and in eligible international markets, and manage applications yourself. Where a candidate needs an employee card, we can assist with documentation and relocation coordination under a separate agreement.
Direct employer hiring • European and international reach • Employee card and relocation guidance when required
FastDriver.eu connects Czech hauliers, forwarding companies, automotive logistics operators, bus companies and courier businesses with drivers looking for work.
Publish a genuine vacancy, state the licence group, describe the routes and the shift pattern, and receive applications directly. Where the role involves international haulage, say so in the title, because Czech drivers treat MKD work as a separate career track. Browse current Czech listings at www.fastdriver.eu/jobs/czech-republic.
FastDriver.eu is a specialised driver job portal. It is not a recruitment agency or a temporary employment agency, it does not employ drivers and it does not lease workers.
Your company reviews the applications, interviews the candidates, inspects the original licence and professional competence documents, and signs the employment contract under the Czech Labour Code. The hiring decision stays with you.
Czech employers recruit across international haulage, domestic distribution, automotive logistics and passenger transport. Set out the licence group, the route type and the rotation, since these decide whether a driver applies at all.
Post vacancies for řidič kamionu, řidič nákladního vozidla and řidič sk. C or C+E roles covering national distribution, automotive component runs and construction supply.
Advertise řidič MKD positions in international road transport towards Germany, Austria, Poland, Slovakia and the Benelux countries. State the rotation and time at home clearly.
Publish roles for řidič autobusu on municipal networks, regional lines, works shuttles for manufacturing plants and long distance coach services.
Advertise řidič dodávky, rozvozce and kurýr positions in parcel networks, e-commerce fulfilment and urban distribution around Prague, Brno and Ostrava.
Reach řidič ADR, tanker, container and abnormal load drivers for chemical transport, fuel distribution and oversized project cargo.
Use a job title only where it genuinely matches the vacancy. Extra titles added for traffic waste your recruiters' time.
The Czech Republic is divided into fourteen regions, known as kraje. Being landlocked, its driver market is shaped by manufacturing and by transit rather than by ports.
Vehicle assembly and component supply generate a large and steady volume of scheduled inbound and outbound transport, much of it running to tight delivery windows.
The country sits on the road corridors linking Germany and Poland with Austria and Slovakia, which supports a strong base of international haulage operators.
Large logistics parks cluster around Prague, Plzen, Brno and Ostrava, serving retail and e-commerce distribution for the wider central European region.
Engineering, steel and chemical production in Moravia and northern Bohemia create specialist bulk, tanker and heavy haulage work alongside general distribution.
Each region has a distinct transport profile. Naming it in the vacancy helps candidates judge the commute and the kind of work they would be doing.
Czech drivers search in Czech and almost always include the licence group, which is written in the abbreviated form used on the licence itself.
Freight adverts use řidič kamionu and řidič nákladního vozidla, usually alongside řidič sk. C or řidič sk. C+E so that candidates can filter accurately.
International haulage is searched as řidič MKD, short for mezinárodní kamionová doprava. Drivers use the abbreviation constantly and expect to see it in the title.
Passenger roles use řidič autobusu, while delivery and courier work appears as řidič dodávky, rozvozce and kurýr.
Specialist searches include řidič ADR and cisterna for tanker work, together with profesní průkaz, the professional competence card that candidates often mention in their own profiles.
Publish in Czech for the domestic market. An English or Ukrainian version is worth adding when you are open to candidates already living in the country under another residence status.
FastDriver.eu operates as a European driver job portal and allows candidates in other parts of the world to discover and apply for suitable Czech vacancies.
Czech employers may receive applications from drivers based in the Czech Republic, other EU and EEA countries, Switzerland, the wider European region, Asia, Africa, Gulf countries, North America, Latin America, the Caribbean and other eligible international markets.
EU and EEA citizens and Swiss nationals have free access to the Czech labour market. Registration and valid licence and professional competence documents still apply.
For third country nationals the usual route is the employee card, a dual permit covering both residence and work. It is granted for a maximum of two years and can be extended.
The employer's part comes first. You report the vacancy to the Labour Office so that it enters the central register of positions available to employee card holders, and you must not be classed as an unreliable employer. The card is tied to one employer and one job position, and changing either needs consent from the Ministry of the Interior. Drivers can check their own position through our driving licence eligibility guidance.
FastDriver.eu can provide process guidance and document coordination when a candidate needs support. It does not make government decisions and cannot promise an approval.
Name the licence group in the advert, using the abbreviation drivers actually read.
Freight roles use C and C+E, with C1 and C1E for lighter rigid vehicles. Passenger transport uses D and D1, with DE and D1E where a trailer is drawn. Van and courier work sits in group B.
Professional drivers in the C and D groups need professional competence, evidenced by code 95 on the licence or by a driver qualification card. Czech drivers refer to it as the profesní průkaz. It is maintained through periodic training of thirty five hours every five years.
A digital tachograph driver card is required for in scope work, and ADR training is required for dangerous goods.
Where a third country national drives for a Czech operator on international journeys within the Union, a driver attestation may also be needed.
Experience requirements are set by operators rather than by law. Automotive logistics usually calls for reliability against fixed time windows, international haulage for confidence on long rotations, while distribution fleets often take newly qualified drivers. FastDriver.eu can present candidate information, but verifying original documents remains the employer's responsibility.
Publish driver vacancies in Czech or English with the licence group, route type and rotation set out clearly.
Raise the visibility of international and specialist roles that are slow to fill.
Applications reach your team directly, with no agency between you and the driver.
Support in reaching drivers who match your licence and route requirements, without any promise of a specific candidate.
Guidance on the employee card route and the reporting steps the Labour Office stage normally involves.
Coordination of travel, biometrics appointments and arrival steps when an international candidate is hired.
Employer options can be arranged around single vacancies, seasonal peaks or larger recruitment rounds, and are agreed separately with your company.
Specific adverts fill faster. Czech drivers compare rotation and pay structure before anything else.
Give the company name, the region and the depot the driver reports to, and say whether the work is domestic or international.
State the vehicle type and licence group, the professional competence position, and whether ADR or a tanker endorsement applies.
Say how many drivers you need and what experience you expect, particularly for MKD roles.
Describe the schedule honestly. For international work, state the rotation and the time at home, alongside remuneration, allowances and benefits.
Confirm the start date, any language expectation, and whether you would consider candidates who require an employee card.
Your company sets and honours the final employment terms.
Tell us the role, the region, the licence group and how many drivers you need.
The vacancy goes live in Czech, English or both, and is promoted to relevant candidates.
Applications arrive directly for your team to assess.
You interview, inspect the original licence and professional competence documents, and confirm route experience.
Your company issues the employment contract under the Czech Labour Code.
Where an employee card is required, the Labour Office reporting and Ministry of the Interior stages follow, then biometrics and arrival. Support can be agreed separately.
Work through these before publishing. Missing detail, not missing candidates, is the usual cause of a slow vacancy.
The Czech employer is responsible for the following.
Czech employers carry reporting duties that are easy to overlook. You must tell the regional branch of the Labour Office when the vacancy has been filled, quoting the employee card reference number, and you must notify it in writing if the driver does not actually take up the job.
FastDriver.eu does not issue any government approval.
FastDriver.eu cannot guarantee applications, candidate availability, candidate suitability, interview attendance, hiring outcomes, licence recognition, work permits, residence permits, visas, processing times or continued employment.
Misleading vacancy content may be removed from the platform.
